| | About Us | Management Team I Careers I Contact Us | Rob Hustick is CEO and President of Live Elements and directs the organization's overall strategic vision as well as its operational execution.Rob has 19 years of experience directing enterprise-level technology initiatives ranging from the development of leading-edge social and professional networking products to knowledge management to crisis management. Rob most recently served as chief operating officer of Wise Online Services. Prior to that, he was director of knowledge management for Susquehanna Technologies, senior program manager for Commerce One, executive producer for the interactive division of the American Museum of Natural History, creative/internet director for the New York City Marathon, editor-in-chief of Brooklyn Magazine and New York Runner magazine, and a senior project manager overseeing the development of over 125 educational, non-profit, government, and commercial web site projects. Rob leads numerous educational seminars and has lectured extensively – both in the U.S. and in Europe – on social and professional networking, content management, web portal development, and web development methodologies. Jesse Dowell is Live Elements' Chief Technology Officer. He designs the software architecture and leads the development team. Jesse is also involved in directing company strategy and implementing continuous improvements to the products. For the past 16 years, Jesse has played a senior leadership role in full-lifecycle enterprise software development and has significant experience with technologies such as Java, XML, .NET, and open-source platforms. Jesse most recently served as Senior Solutions Architect with Wise Online Services, where he led the development of b-linked.org, one of the first private online communities (created for BBYO, a membership organization and provider of identity-building and leadership development programs for Jewish teens). Prior to his work at Wise Online, Jesse architected and implemented a new process for the creation of the 39-part Internal Revenue Manual and its availability online. Jesse was involved in the early use of XML to share information and built one of the first B2B collaboration environments using this tool. | Maggie Swearingen is the Director of New Media Strategies at Live Elements. Maggie works with clients and the Live Elements creative and development teams to facilitate the creation of high-quality Web sites and thriving online communities. Additionally, she helps clients form strategies that will give their organizations an edge in the social media revolution. Maggie joined the Live Elements team after working with the company as a client. Most recently she served as the Web Content Manager for the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Maggie has managed award-winning online communities from the ground up and is aware of the challenges organizations face as undertake complex technological projects. Prior to NBPTS, Maggie worked as a Manager of Communications and Admissions in Georgetown University's Communication, Culture and Technology program. In 2004, she graduated from Georgetown with a Master's degree in Communication, Culture and Technology. Mindy Steen is the Creative Director at Live Elements. She develops designs for online community sites, striving for a creative, engaging, cohesive look-and-feel that portrays a community's purpose and its members. Mindy has been in the web industry for nine years providing the highest of quality web sites, small and large. From Fortune 500 companies in New York and L.A. to Mom ‘n Pop stores in down the street, her expertise canvases a variety of public, private, manufacturing, financial, educational and nonprofit organizations. She’s made her mark with clients such as XM Radio, Pepsi, Nabisco, Nielson, Kodak, American Red Cross, DuPont, CNN and JPMorgan Chase.
